He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sr. Keyak and Mary Keyak (Lamitz); and his brother Michael Keyak Sr. Private. He is survived by: his children, Meredith Chlupacek (David) of Walkerton, Christina Lee of South Bend and Joey Braden (Eric) of Valparaiso, Indiana; his grandchildren, Edie Chlupacek, Vincent Chlupacek and Carson Braden; his stepgrandchildren, Chase, Trevor and Gavin Braden; his sisters, Judith Keyak of South Pasadena and Barbara Livingston of Clearwater, Florida; his sister-in-law Kathryn Keyak; and his siblings' children, Lori Davis, Lisa Livingston and Michael Keyak Jr..
