She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Puckett and Aldene Collins (Jackson); her spouse Johnnie Glen Williams; her stepfather William Dave Collins; her children, Kimberly Smith and Dewey Smith Jr.; her grandson William Preston Reed Allen; and her brother Randall.
She is survived by: her daughter Shelley Haddix of North Liberty; her stepsons, Lance Williams of South Bend and Michael Williams of Mississippi; and her siblings, Bill Collins of North Judson, Jerry Collins of Walkerton, David Collins of Maryland, Valerie Bolen of Walkerton, Shirley Gould of Florida and Shirley Ann Whitaker of Francesville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
