He was predeceased by: his parents, William Devenport and Bonnie Rose Devenport (Tallent); his sister Patricia Devenport; and his grandson Staten Devenport. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Lynn Wiltheiss; his children, Rachel Kouris (Alex) of Marengo, IL, Rhonda Gamlin (Brian) of Geneva, IL, Ryan Devenport (Stacy) of Franklin, IN and Randon Devenport (Carmen) of Crown Point, IN; and his siblings, Sharon Monroe of Fairbury, IL, William Devenport of Makanda, IL and Randy Devenport of Piedmont, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
