It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Carroll Jones of Warsaw, Indiana, who passed away on March 18, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Church and Virginia Church (Tyrrell); and her siblings, Joann Jones and Bill Church. She is survived by: her husband Hayden Maxwell "Max" Jones II; her children, Mark Jones (Karen), Kelly Smith (Craig) and Jenny Pequignot (Tyler); her grandchildren, Garrett Jones (Paige), Logan Jones (Desrah), Madison Smith (Alex), Bryce Pequignot (Angela), Bailey Pequignot and Brandon Pequignot; her great grandchildren, Ellie, Jayce, Blakely, Maddex, Freya, Hayden Maxwell III, Rowan and Zuri; and her sister Pat Brennan. She is also survived by extended family members and many, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana, 6316 Mutual Drive Fort Wayne, IN 46825, in her honor.
