He is survived by: his son Phillip L. Konieczny of Warsaw, IN; and his sisters, Pamela S. Cassel (Larry) of Florida, Joan Konieczny (Mark) of MI and Mary Caird (Lawrence) of WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
