She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles D. Amburgy and Velma Amburgy (Newsome); and her brothers, John and Harlan Amburgy. She is survived by : her children, Tammy Shepherd of Warsaw, Joseph Pitts of North Manchester, Celia (Chris Alexander) of Warsaw, Patricia Pitts of Warsaw and Melinda (Jerry Warner) of Mentone; her boyfriend Dan Hale of Warsaw; and her brothers, Phillip (Tina Amburgy) of Rochester and Rick Amburgy of Ft. Wayne. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the animal shelter of the donor's choosing.
