She was predeceased by : her parents, Oliver Charles and Minnie Schooley Charles; her siblings, Grace Charles, Gloria Bassler, Marcella Gray, Steve Charles and Oliver "Bud" Charles; her stepson Guy Polzin; and her grandsons, Kyle Ryan Kendall and Matthew William Kendall.
She is survived by : her husband Roy A. Polzin; her daughters, Treva Mulligan (Jim) and Drenda Kay Kendall; her stepdaughter Sandy Polzin; and her sister Gail Burkhart (Earl). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
