She was predeceased by : her parents, Fern Beatrice (Wheeler) and Willard Elsworth Tomey; her former life partner Henry Herbert Coleman; her husband Richard Riggins; her son John Henry Coleman; her siblings, Delbert Tomey, Wayne Tomey, Leonard Tomey, Myrtle Burton and Verna Klem; her grandson Jason Coleman; and her great grandchild Gavin Kline.
She is survived by : her children, David H. Coleman (Marsha) of Washington, Timothy M. Coleman of Washington, Mark A. Coleman (Lesley Ann) of O'Fallon, IL, Paula S. Scott (Greg) of Vincennes and Pamela K. Allison (Daniel) of Washington; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Coleman of Washington. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
