He is survived by: his wife Karen S. Noragon (Carper) of Waterloo; his children, Richard Noragon of Germany, Robert Noragon (Angel Hitchcock) of Jackson, Raymond Noragon (Heather) of Atlanta Georgia, Roger Noragon of Auburn, Rick Garman (Terri) of Waterloo and Robin Towle (Bill) of Auburn; his grandchildren, Axel Noragon, Kathrin Noragon, Andrew Linabury, Zachary Noragon, Joshua Noragon, Kyle Garman, Kaylee Towle and Addie Towle; and his brother Ralph Noragon (Betty) of Auburn.
