It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Miser (Waterloo, Indiana), born in Richland, Indiana, who passed away on April 6, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Steve Tompkins; and his sisters, Garcile Myers and Melva Myers. He is survived by: his spouse Martha; his daughters, Nancy Miser of Auburn, Sandra McAfee, Jim Turcovsky of Auburn and Rebecca Tompkins-Mitchell (Pat) of Wolcottville; his grandchildren, Anthony Miser, Todd McAfee, Meghann McAfee, Molly Eddy (Lee), Danielle Taylor (Bob), Michael Turcovsky (Allyson), Jaimi Chorpenning (Brad), Deidri Greer, Kurt Tompkins (Katie), Jaime Meyer (Mike), Abby Brantl (Sean) and Jon Mitchell (Lindsay); his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Gratz Poff of Auburn and Laura Phillips of Auburn; Gratz. He is also survived by his parents, wife.
Memorials in lieu of flowers can be directed to the Waterloo United Methodist Church or the DeKalb County Humane Shelter.
