He was loved and cherished by many people including: his close friend Holly Kimball; his children, Elec James, Nova Mikell and Freda Josephine; his parents, David Wells and Kerry Foster; his sister Riann; his brother-in-law Dave Pineiro; his sister Mikell; his brother-in-law Alex Rusher; his siblings' children, Julius Pineiro and Brittney Parish (Spencer Parish); his grandfather Robert L Fee; his uncles, Tony J Fee and William Wells; and his aunt Patricia Spice. He was also cherished by his loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and many many great friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is establishing a trust-fund for Zachary's children.
