He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cassidy; his children, Annette De La (Kent), Alan Voliva of Knoxville, TN., Andrea Krainik of Crete, IL., Cheryl Albrecht (Kevin) of Brownsburg, IN. and Benjamin H. III; his siblings, Janice Austin (John) of Crawfordsville, IN., Margaret Perry of Terre Haute, IN., Patricia Smith (Arnold) of Lakeland, FL., Shirley Ritter of Oshkosh, WI. and Steve Voliva (Merry Christmas); and his great grandchild Winnie Adams-Krainik. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
