It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dan Halford (Waynetown, Indiana), born in Elwood, Indiana, who passed away on April 22, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Wayne Halford and Alpha Opal Halford; and his brother Sandy. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Meadows; his daughters, Dana McKean (Greg Frieders) of Shelbyville, IN., Elaine Herbert (Gary) of Columbus, IN. and Lisa Parker (Phil) of Columbus, IN.; and his stepdaughters, Margaret Jones (Glenn) of Crawfordsville, IN. and Angela Fielder (John) of Veedersburg, IN.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
In light of the current restrictions from the Covid-19 pandemic the family has chosen cremation with no public services at this time.
