He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Falting and Joy Falting (Crandell); his wife Helen Morine Hightower; and his siblings, Dick, Bill, Don Falting and Beverly Falting.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna (Rick Hansen), Pam (Kevin Kellison) and Amy (Brett Bollinger); and his brother Art (Jane Falting). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
