We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2021, at the age of 81, Joyce Watkins of Waynetown, Indiana, born in Clairfield, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Massingale and Maggie Richards Massingale Thompson; and her husband William J. Watkins. She is survived by: her daughters, Shelly Keyes (Vaughn), Tina Watkins and Jenny Walker; and her sister Sue Shelton (Sonny). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
