It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Starnes of Waynetown, Indiana, born in Anna, Illinois, who passed away on March 3, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Fuller and Zora Fuller (Pierce); her husband Mont J. Starnes; her children, Chester James Starnes, Mont Vernon Starnes and Elsie May Starnes; and her siblings, Ed Fuller, Glen Fuller, Freida McKinney and Fay Nellis.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Copeland (Pat) of Crawfordsville and Marcia Hill (Allen) of Waynetown; her grandchildren, Angie Givens (Jerry), James Copeland (Kellie), Dustan Starnes (Missy) and Mike Starnes (Kim); and her siblings, Helen Sanders and Don Fuller. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
