With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Lee Forrest of West Lafayette, Indiana, born in Crawfordsville, Indiana, who passed away on June 15, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Edgar William and Laura Thelma Forrest (Martin); his wife Phyllis; and his siblings, Charles, Dennis and Barbara.
He is survived by : his daughter Deanna Kay Fitch of Keithsburg, IL; his siblings, Rose Shively of Crawfordsville, Eddy Dale Forrest of Franklin, IN, Kelvin Forrest of New Ross, IN and Terry Joe Forrest of Jacksonville, FL; and his granddaughter Jessie Hunt.
