With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Pilarski of West Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on February 23, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Pilarski and Doris Pilarski (Deibert); and his sister Sharon Burns. He is survived by: his wife Judith Pilarski; his children, Jason Pilarski (Kathrine Behn) and Jamelyn Buchanan (Allen); his brother David Pilarski; and his grandsons, Mitchell, Blake and Lucas Buchanan.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions for Jim may be made to either the Benton Central Athletic Boosters Club or the Benton Community Foundation.
