He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rice and Bonnie Rice (Read). He is survived by: his siblings, Sandy Winningham (Craig) and Marc Rice (Teresa); his siblings' children, Mike Rice (Brandy), Nathan Winningham (Sarah) and Alyssa Winningham; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison, Michael Jr., Gavin, Jaxen, Macie, Brycen and Jaycen.
Memorial contributions may be made in Jeff's memory to the West Middleton United Methodist Church.
