He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Finley and Helen Dawson Finley; his wife Debra Kay Finley; his son Bobby Stevens; and his sisters, Brenda Finley, Linda Harris and Joyce Finley.
He is survived by: his brother Vernon Finley (Debbie); his grandchildren, Jesse, Cody, Kayla, Jacob (Lakin), Justin, Jayden, Josh, Destiny, David, Oakleigh and Chrislyn; his close friends, Diana Valangeun and Earl Leclercq; and also, Joseph Carl Finley (Dawn), Christina Stevens (Thomas) and Greg Finley (family: Phyllis Finley, Venita Swiger). He is also survived by family, Phyllis Finley and family.
