He is survived by : his sons, Michael Blastick (Tara) of Mounds, MN, Ryan Blastick (Katie) of Westfield, IN and Thomas Blastick (Lara) of Carmel, IN; his siblings, Jerry Blastick (Bonnie) of La Porte, IN and Debbie Swintz (Bob) of Avon, IN; and his grandchildren, Alex, Payton, Ethan, Tyler and Macy Blastick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
