He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Juan Arroyo and Lucille Arroyo (Del Rio); his wife Mary Elena; his children, Peter Joseph, David Anthony Arroyo (Michelle), Vanessa Michelle and Robert John Arroyo; his grandchildren, Hailey, Christopher, Diego, Enrique, Isabella, Gabriella and Brooklyn; and his siblings, Carlos Arroyo, Hector Arroyo (Alicia) and Yolanda Quesada (Fernando).
