He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy H. Kish (Hardesty); his parents, John R. Kish and Agatha Kish (Ventimiglia); his sister Virginia Forester; and his mother-in-law Ruth Hardesty.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Czerwinski (Mike); his aunt Mary Kish (late Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Sherry Wilson (Randall), Marge Lovell (Phil), Dennis Hardesty and Bonita Hardesty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Whiting "Gimme Shelter" (for pets) would be appreciated.
