He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Lloyd, Frances Spicer and Dan Smith Sr.. He is survived by : his parents, Dan B. Smith Jr. and Ellie F. Smith (Spicer) of Williamsport, IN; his siblings, Eric Scott Smith of Williamsport, IN and Amy LuAnn Smith of Williamsport, IN; and his grandmother Velma Lucille Smith of Danville, IL. He is also survived by Many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
