She was predeceased by : her parents, John Worley and Ruth O. Worley; her son John McCord Swanson Jr. (Mac); and her siblings, Janet Cantwell (Charles), Jackie Booth (Jim), Philip Worley (Lois), Gladys Heintz (Harvey), Lois Reynolds, Mary Worley and Dean Worley (Lea).

She is survived by : her husband John McCord Swanson; her daughters, Melynda Leak (Jim) of Williamsport, IN, Melyssa Leak (Mike) of Ambia, IN and Melanie Swanson of Lafayette, IN; her daughter-in-law Shelby Cox (Bill) of Lafayette, IN; her grandchildren, Zachary Swanson, Kimberly Leak, Leslie (Gosling), David Leak, Jacob and Adam Swanson; and her great grandchildren, Levi Swanson and Chloé Gosling.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Williamsport Christian Church, the Warren County Community Foundation A Better Way Food Co-op, or Autumn Trace in Donna Swanson's name.
