We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2021, at the age of 84, Joan Lucille of Williamsport, Indiana, born in Attica, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy K. Smith and Violet Lucille Smith (Lily); her husband Jerry Dean Jacks; and her siblings, Manitoba Neal, Charles R. Smith, Jim Smith and Roy Smith.

She is survived by : her daughters, Rebecca Jacks DeShaney of Williamsport, IN and Diane L. Richardson (Douglas) of New Madison, OH; her siblings, Kenneth Smith (Marilyn) of Broken Arrow, OK, Jane Osborn of Attica, IN and Gloria Jacks (Jack); her granddaughters, Kathryn Jacks-Brommeland (Michael) and Katrina James "Jamie" DeShaney; and her great grandchildren, Annalee and Emmarose Brommeland.
