She was predeceased by : her parents, Jose Mendiola and Vicenta Mendiola (Sanchez); and her brothers, Miguel and Jesse Mendiola. She is survived by : her husband Ramon "Ray" Tijerina of Winamac; her children, Linda Overmyer (Josh) of Winamac and Johnny Tijerina (Julie) of Winamac; her siblings, Margarita Mendiola (Mark Miller) of Winamac, Jose Mendiola of Santa Rosa, Angel Mendiola (Chris) of Winamac and Tony Mendiola of Carthage; and her grandchildren, Eli Overmyer, Kinley Overmyer, Tate Tijerina and Rylie Tijerina.
