We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2021, at the age of 91, Charles H. Koontz of Winona Lake, Indiana, born in Masontown, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles H. Koontz to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman W. Koontz and Myra S. Koontz; and his brother Kenneth D. Koontz. He is survived by : his wife Alice E. Koontz; his sons, David (Linda) of Winona Lake, Doug of Warsaw and Steve (Christine) of Winona Lake, Indiana.; and his grandchildren, Ashley Miller (John), Beth, Kate, Scott and Michael Koontz. He is also survived by children and becoming grandparents and great grandparents.
