He was predeceased by : his parents, Lorin L. Rapp and Virga Rapp (Amber). He is survived by : his wife Carol M. Carlin (Kinsey) of Winona Lake; his daughter Sharon Matti (David) of Milford; and his sister Rosalie Eiler of Naperville, IL.. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren.
