She was predeceased by : her husband Henry Cavins Sr.; and her sons, Leonard R. Cavins (Porter) and Robert W. Cavins. She is survived by : her children, Annette Cavins of Kendallville, Mary Moore (Cavins) of Wabash, Indiana and Henry Cavins Jr. of Kentucky; her siblings, Larry Porter (Karen) of Newport, Kentucky and Jewell Porter of North Webster, Indiana; and her brother-in-law Roger Hysell (Slim). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
