He is survived by : his children, Michael Montooth (Amie Berger), Deborah Reed (Douglas), Karen Montooth and Kimberly Montooth-Welker. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
