She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Vernon Hayes and Hulda Hayes (Workman); her husband Frederick Martindale; her children, Freddie Joe Martindale and Karen Bohley of Indianapolis; her granddaughters, Jamie Bohley of Indianapolis and Tara Bohley of Durham; her great grandchild Meagan Evans of Worthington; and her great great grandchild Maylee Zygai of Worthington.
