He is survived by: his wife Marilyn L. Upchurch (Terrell); his sons, Jeff Upchurch (Kim), Chuck Upchurch and Craig Upchurch (Teresa Pryor); his grandchildren, Heather Beaty (Jon), Whitney Hale (James), Nick Upchurch (Kaylia), Alyssa Voss (Braden), Keaton Upchurch (Caitlin), Jordan Upchurch (Makenzie Norris), Blake Upchurch and Brittany Upchurch; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Corbin, Jackson, Miles, Max, Owen, Jensen, Everly, Mia, Grare, Easton, Berkley and Addilynn; and his siblings, Robert Upchurch and Wanda Wilman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
