She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Richard Carpenter and Marjorie Louise Carpenter (Rhoades); her husband John Michael Raef, Sr.; and her stepson Brandon Raef. She is survived by: her son John Michael Raef Jr. (Brittainy); her grandchildren, Walker Raef, Magnolia Raef and Lucy Raef; and her siblings, Pam Simmons (Larry), Chris Rouse, Paula Reid, Kim Kirk (Ted) and Paul Carpenter Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
