She was predeceased by : her parents, Metta Herber and Henry Herber; her former life partners, Thomas Glaze and Dr. Howard B. Liebengood; her sister Lou Zetty; her son Robert Glaze; her stepson Howard S. Liebengood; her grandson Brad Beavers; her stepgrandson Howard C. "Howie" Liebengood; and her niece Heidi Zetty.
She is survived by : her daughter Tommye Lou Glaze Beavers; her daughter-in-law Gail Glaze (Martin) of West Lafayette; her granddaughter Stacey Raifsnider (Ross) of Fishers; her stepgrandchildren, Anne (Adam) and John (London); her nieces, Erika and Metta; her great grandchildren, Chris, Kate, Kayla and Jacob; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Harper, Jack, Henry and Genevieve; and her great great grandchild Garret.
