She was predeceased by: her father Clarence W. Burhenn. She is survived by: her mother Ruby E. Burhenn (Sewell); her husband Doug; her sons, Jeff (Amy), Wade (Tracy) and Todd Phelps (Lynn); and her sisters, Sharon Hiatt and Sandy Ladd.
