He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Johnson and Leota Johnson; and his siblings, Hope Beaty, Patricia Oliver and Stephen Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Suzanne Small (Eric) and Marianne Sprong (David); his wife Carol Johnson (Greer); his children, Hanna Kadinger (Jacob Brewer) and Taryn Spangler; and his siblings, Duane Johnson (Debbie), Lorna Abercrombie (David) and Mustangs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
