She is survived by: her parents, Michael Romanowski and Janet Romanowski; and her siblings, Max Romanowski, Spencer Romanowski (Annie) and Molly Lee (Jed). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ronald McDonald House or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in honor of Claire Elise.
