He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earl "Buck" and Marjorie Gatlin Langford; and his brothers, Robert "Bob", Dick and Jimmy.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, John Langford Jr. (Cara), Greg Langford (Liz) and Jason Langford (Angie); and his grandchildren, Kayley Robertson (John), Amberly Eversole (Mason), Ryan Langford, Nathan Langford and Megan Langford. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
