He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Vandeventer and Florence Vandeventer (Hamilton). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Vandeventer (Kessler); his children, Nick (Christina) of Seattle and Kelsey Brewer (Jon); his grandsons, Ethan Wesley Brewer and Elliott David Brewer of Denver; his sisters, Marlene Nowakowski (Richard) and Janice Crouch (Jeffrey) of Tipton; his brother-in-law Dan Kessler (Marvel Jeffcoat) of Ft. Worth; and his niece Erica Newcom (Chad).
