D. and Kent Parr; her grandchildren, Joshua Murtorff, Mathias Parr, Gabriel Murtorff (Allison) of Luke Parr, M. D., Natalie Parr Mead and D. O.; and her great grandchild Cameron Mead.

Memorial contributions can be directed to the Indiana United Methodist Children's Home in Lebanon, Indiana, and to Meridian Street United Methodist Church in Indianapolis Indiana.
