It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Coughlin (Zionsville, Indiana), born in Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Clinton and Lillian Robbins (Kyle); her brothers, William and Walter "Sandy"; her husband James Lawrence Coughlin; her children, Steven Coughlin (Darlayne), Kimberly McCain (Bob) and Robert Coughlin (Kimi); her sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Robbins and Rita Robbins; her siblings' children, Tom Robbins (Sandy), David Robbins (Kathy), Ken Robbins (Nicole), Bart Coughlin (Missy), Kent Coughlin (Laura) and Kristy Babcock (Scott); her grandson Steven; and her uncle S. J. Kyle.
