He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Sanders; his stepfather Leonard Grizzle; and his sister Tricia Sanders-King. He is survived by: his mother Ruthanna Grizzle (Joseph); his stepsisters, Lana Gersich and Lisa Marosky (John); his nieces, Sara Agee, Mikayla Anderson and Marisa King; and his great-niece Emma Thomson.
