She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Tancredi Fioretti and Assunta Fioretti (Benedetti); her husband Harry James McKay of Detroit, Michigan.; and her children, Kenneth McKay (Karen) of Woodhaven, MI, Kathleen Myers (Gary) of Carmel, IN, Carol Sands (Mark) of Grant, MI, Chris McKay (Nancy) of Indianapolis, IN and Mary Louthan of Noblesville, IN.. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Flanner and Buchanan-Zionsville Funeral Center (105 W Pine St, Zionsville, IN 46077). A Mass was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Alphonsus Liguori Roman Catholic Church (1870 W Oak St, Zionsville, IN 46077). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Alphonsus Church (1870 W Oak St, Zionsville, IN 46077). A burial was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM at the Our Lady of Peace Cemetery (9001 Haverstick Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46240).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Augustine's Home for the Aged in Indianapolis.
