He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. George F. Slama and Enid W. Slama. He is survived by: his wife Diane Souronis Slama; and his children, Jennifer Slama, William "Bill" Slama (Lindsey) and David Slama. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary (11411 N Michigan Rd, Zionsville, IN 46077). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
