He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Walters; his children, Dennis (Veronica) of Wichita and Joan (Richard) of Abilene; his siblings, Ed Miller of California and Lillian Woodham of Newton; his grandchildren, Lance, Jenny Sherbert, Carson Sherbert and Joshua Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Lois (Gary Ftizwater), Robert (Becky Walters) and Ken Engle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
