She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Velt and Nancy C. Williams (Moody); her husband Frank; her children, Jimmy Leon, Darrell Lee James and Michael David James; and her siblings, Brooks, Hardy, Donald, Howard, Bobby Williams, Irene Groom and Dorthella James.
She is survived by: her son Frank Douglas James of Twin Falls, Idaho; and her grandchildren, Erik D. James (Tracy), Edward Lee (Linda), Michelle Everett, Amber Reiff (Scott), Jessica M. James, Sarah James and Tyler James. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
