He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller Sr. and Letha Nellie Miller (Sprinkel); his wife Lola Johnson; his granddaughter Rylee Miller; his son-in-law Ralph Calderon; and his siblings, Seatha Miller and Bill Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Calderon of Ft. Worth, Lisa Forrester of Salina, Kansas, John Dobkins (Kathy) of Abilene, Bruce Miller (Michelle) of Brookville and Brian K. Miller of Ft. Worth, Texas; and his sisters, Helen Cushing of Wichita and JoAnn McLean of Las Vegas, Nevada.. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
