He was predeceased by: his father Richard Calvin. He is survived by: his mother Valane Calvin (Hoover); his wife Michelle Howard; his daughters, Destiny and Chyanne Calvin; and his sister Angela. He is also survived by two nephews, and many family and friends.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been set up at Great Plains Federal Credit Union.
