It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Galen Kubin (Abilene, Kansas), born in McPherson, Kansas, who passed away on May 24, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Doris A. Ledy; and his sister Billie Ann Morse. He is survived by: his daughters, Gayle Ann Simpson (Mike) of Topeka, Kansas and Dr. Susan D. Thompson (David) of Abilene; his grandsons, Christopher Thompson (Lulu) of Oklahoma City and Jonathan Thompson of Des Moines, Iowa; and his great grandchildren, Rowen, Gillian and Oliver of Oklahoma City.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the family will have a private funeral with Pastor Lindsey Brummer officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the medical ministry of EMEVI - in care of Dr. Susan Thompson, or to the Community Bible Church building fund through Danner Funeral Home, 501 N Buckeye Ave, Abilene, Kansas 67410.
